GCUC 2017 was a coworking blast – 3 days full of coworkingness. It was another proof that the coworking is growing, maturing and ready to move to the next level. Key takeway is Coworking = People, Place & Technology.
OfficeR&D in April 2017 – new payment options, Twitter & LinkedIn social integrations, welcome wizard, advanced multi-location support, billing and booking improvements and so much more.
OfficeR&D March 2017 release – Multiple Xero and QuickBooks accounts, Hotdesk booking system, event and contract improvements, members portal facelift and 10s of other improvements.
This month, we were busy doing our new License agreement module, Events management module, Meeting room booking improvements, User interface improvements, and more.

Coworking 2.0 is Space as a Service built on prime location and comes with high-end facilities, good infrastructure, fully automated processes, awesome members of staff and of course, vibrant, connected community.
2016 was a great year for Coworking and it was a great year for OfficeR&D, too. We worked hard to deliver the best management experience for our customers and the best coworking experience for the fellow coworking members.
What’s new: Opportunities dashboard, ‘Who is in’ page, Occupancy & Meeting room booking improvements
We released a new opportunities management module, new comments and notes system, public calendar as well as multiple improvements related to our meeting room booking system, members portal and admin site user interface and experience.
We improved the mobile story of both members’ and admin sites. Our Members portal has become arguably the most beautiful portal for coworkers on every screen. We also implemented several new major features, improved the overall performance and security of the whole platform and we fixed a number of small issues.
In the last month, we improved our integration with Xero, added another awesome accounting integration – QuickBooks online, enhanced the members portal with e-commerce module to enable your members to purchase products and more.
A few months ago we released our brand new integration – Automated door access using OfficeR&D and Kisi. It was something our customers really needed, namely a way to automate the access of their members to the space. Kisi does this job perfectly, a cloud-based system that lets you unlock doors using nothing but your phone. […]
